A drug bust in downtown Moses Lake Wednesday netted heroin, meth, cocaine, crack cocaine, hundreds of illegally possessed prescription pills and 9 EBT cards.
The seizures were the result of a search warrant executed at a residence on Gumwood Street in downtown Moses Lake.
42-year old Sonda Safford was booked into the Grant County Jail on charges of possession of heroin, meth, and cocaine with intent to deliver, as well as trafficking in stolen property.
Additionally, she is charged with the school zone enhancement for trafficking drugs within 1000 feet of a school zone.
More charges are expected as the investigation moves forward. Detectives recovered over an ounce each of powder cocaine and methamphetamine, as well as lesser quantities of heroin and crack cocaine, as well as 19 suboxone strips.
Additionally, there were hundreds of prescription pills containing various controlled substances located in the residence.
