Who does this brass bell belong to?

Missing bell

Does this picture ring a bell?

If it does, you may be able to help Wenatchee police locate the owner.

Discovered recently in the Olds Station area, the large and ornate brass bell is a puzzle police are trying to solve.

Sgt. Lyle Hahn says the bell stands about 11 inches tall and weighs about 6 pounds with a large metal chain.

“It looks like an antique, possibly Chinese in origin,” Hahn said.

However, for some reason, it was sitting along Chester Kimm Road.

Hahn says if you are missing a bell that matches that description, please give the Wenatchee Police Department a ring.
