Julian Reyes scored just before half to give the Panthers a 1-nothing lead at the break. Pierre Vega added an insurance goal in the 73rd minute and Wenatchee evened the overall series with Eastmont at 24-apiece.

Wenatchee improved to 2-and-oh with the win while Eastmont dropped to 1-and-1.

Moses Lake traveled to Eastmont and came away with a 10-7 victory, as high scoring would be the theme for the day. Wenatchee beat Chelan 13-7. Okanogan covered Cascade 15-8. It was Quincy over Omak 16-3. And, in a battle of baseball powerhouses, Ephrata edged Brewster 6-4.
