Wenatchee Public Library plans $1.5 million renovation

WENATCHEE – The Wenatchee Public Library continues to raise money for their $1.5 million dollar renovation project. To date, the community has helped the library raise about $400,000.  The North Central Regional Library district recently announced they will contribute $200,000 and the City of Wenatchee is also expected help as well.  Courtney Tiffancy, the Sr. Branch Manager, says the library will apply for several grants to help cover the remaining costs.
