Two more Chelan County COVID-19 deaths were reported Monday by the Chelan-Douglas Health District.
The deaths were two men, one in his 80s and one in his 70s. They died in the third week of this month, the health district reported.
That brings Chelan County’s total deaths from the virus to 36. There have been 15 Douglas County deaths attributed to COVID-19.
The number of people who have died in each county was adjusted last week when the health district determined five Douglas County deaths had mistakenly been listed under Chelan County.
So last Wednesday, the health district subtracted five deaths from Chelan County and added five to Douglas County.
The district now has a notice on its website about the error.
