WENATCHEE — A Maple Valley man will undergo court-ordered drug treatment for stealing a truck from a Chelan business back in November.

Andrew Ian Crippen, 33, pleaded guilty Jan. 6 to vehicle theft and methamphetamine possession. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Crippen Nov. 11 while he tried to repaint the pickup, which he stole from a Lake Chelan marina services company.

Chelan County Superior Court Judge Kristin Ferrera sentenced Crippen yesterday to three to six months in a residential drug treatment program, plus two years of probation. An accomplice in the case, Kyle Stephen Glenn of Kent, was sentenced earlier this month to four months in jail.
