Police say a drowsy driver suffered minor injuries in an accident Wedneasday morning in Wenatchee in which her vehicle came to a rest upside-down.
Captain Edgar Reinfeld says the wreck happened about 9 a.m. on Cherry Street, near Stewart Street.
Reinfeld says the driver of the Honda reported that she was drowsy after oversleeping and then rushed out to drive to work.
She crashed into another vehicle before flipping. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
The unidentified woman was cited for negligent driving, Reinfeld said.
