Skate Park Gets A Face Lift

Graffiti artist paints Wenatchee skate park.

(Wenatchee, WA)…Several Make A Difference Day projects brought tons of volunteers out last Saturday in the Wenatchee Valley.  One of which gave a face lift to a local park.  NCWLIFE Channel News Director Steve Hair has the story.

Mike Leeds of Community for Wenatchee Valley Skate Parks, says they received a matching $750 grant from Wenatchee Downtown Rotary to bring Charm Won, a nationally renown graffiti artist, in to paint a mural.  It is in one of the bowls at the skate park at Pioneer Park in Wenatchee.
