A Quincy man in his 70s has been confirmed as Grant County’s 10th COVID-19 death.

The Grant County Health District said the man had underlying health issues and died at his home.

The county reported 32 new coronavirus cases Tuesday, bringing the county’s total to 1,117.

The health district also reported outbreaks at two long-term care facilities in Moses Lake.

Columbia Crest Center has had 19 residents and 10 staff members test positive and Lake Ridge Center has had three staff members test positive and two residents.

The state requires a care facility to report two or more positive tests as an outbreak.

Nobody at the facilities has been hospitalized.
