WENATCHEE – Pybus Public Market is hosting Non-Profit Day Saturday, March 24 from 10am – 2pm where there will be over 40 non-profit organizations.
“Non-Profit Day is just a chance for local non-profits in the valley to come down and have a table to be in front of the public and promote their organization,” said Aly Laris, the marketing and operations coordinator for Pybus Public Market.
Among the many organizations are Friends of the Wenatchee Public Library, GWATA, The Wenatchee Museum & Cultural Center, The Wenatchee River Institute, CASA and Sage.
“Come down here. It’s really great to talk to these people and see what these amazing organizations have to offer in the valley,” said Laris. “It’s always great to come down and have a conversation with these people in person because they’re doing some really great things.”
All of these non-profit organizations are listed at pybuspublicmarket.org.
“This event is a really great example of some of the great things Pybus Market Charitable Foundation is bringing to the valley,” said Laris. “Part of the foundation’s mission is to engage in charitable activities that build community and support other non-profits as well. So this is just a really great event that we do down here. And, like our motto ‘where community meets,’ it’s exactly what’s happening down here today with all these non-profits having a presence down here.”
