The Seahawks are back at practice after the bye week, trying to move forward after the death of team owner, Paul Allen. Head Coach Pete Carroll says he’s provided the message to the team that nothing will change…

The Seahawks are 3-and-3 on the season and will be in Detroit Sunday to face the Lions. Carroll says it was great to see linebacker KJ Wright and tight end Ed Dickson back in practice Monday…

Wright is back after recovering from a knee injury. In his absence, the Seahawks had to be creative defensively, including moving Bartavius Mingo to a linebacker position off the line. Coach Carroll says he’s exciting to get KJ back but also impressed with what his absence created…

Detroit is also 3-and-3 in a very tight NFC North. The Seahawks trail the red-hot Rams in the NFC West with L-A the only NFL team undefeated at 7-and-oh. Sunday’s kickoff in Detroit is at 10am on FOX.
