Back to the Les Schwab Scoreboard in other volleyball action last night. Cascade blanked Omak 3-nil and Chelan stopped Cashmere 3-games-to-none.

Eastmont Downs Sunnyside, Wenatchee Falls at ML

On the soccer pitch last night…
Eastmont got second-half goals from Carissa Miller and Jayden Brown to shut out Sunnyside 2-nil. Wenatchee lost for the first time in Big 9 play, falling on the road at Moses Lake 1-nil. Cashmere had no trouble with Chelan, winning 6-nil. And, WOW, Manson pummeled Pateros 14-to-1.

Here’s a rundown on the rest of the prep football schedule tonight…
Wenatchee will try to make it 2 in a row as they open up Big 9 play on the road at Eisenhower tonight. Cashmere hosts another non-leaguer against Cheney. Cascade is also home tonight in Peshastin with Kings in town while Chelan travels to Granger. On the B-side, Waterville-Mansfield is at Bridgeport; Entiat hosts Wellpinit; and Manson’s on the road at Wilbur-Creston. All games kick off at 7 o’clock.
