The Wenatchee Panthers hosted Eisenhower and all the scoring came in the first inning. The Cadets scored a run in the top of the first and the Panthers answered in the bottom half of the inning and made it hold up in a 3-1 victory. Eric Granstrom had the call on the NCWLIFE Channel…

Turning to softball on the Les Schwab Prep Scoreboard…
No, that’s not a football score…the Wenatchee Panthers topped Eisenhower on the road yesterday 20-to-15. Cascade 10-runned Cashmere in 6-innings 11-to-1 and Soap Lake had no trouble with Manson, winning 20-to-1.

Wenatchee Shut Down by Physical Sunnyside Squad

The Wenatchee Panthers were looking to exact some revenge for an earlier road loss at Sunnyside last night in the Apple Bowl.  WHS hosted the Grizzlies in a Big 9 soccer match. The physical contest went scoreless the first 40-minutes and for much of the second half before the visitors found the back of the net. Sebastian Moraga and Matt Wisen had the call on the NCWLIFE Channel…

So Sunnyside would get the hard-fought, 1-nil road win and take over third place in the Big 9 standings, moving Wenatchee back to fourth.  As we go to the Les Schwab Prep Scoreboard once again…
Manson doubled up on Tonasket 4-2, Chelan edged Okanogan 2-1 and Cascade came up with a 5-nil shutout of Omak.
