Palisades Man Killed in George Crash


GEORGE – A one-vehicle crash in Grant County claimed the life of a Palisades man early Sunday morning. State Troopers say the victim, 41 year old Casey Crockett was riding as a passenger in a car driven by 53 year old George Wistos of Wenatchee.

Wistos reportedly lost control of his jeep Cherokee while driving westbound on I-90 about 6 miles East of George. The vehicle rolled over several times. Wistos was not injured but a second passenger, identified as 46 year old Tina Thorn of Palisades, was transported to Quincy Valley Hospital for treatment.
