One of three Wenatchee identity theft suspects has been identified


Wenatchee police have identified one of three suspects they believe broke into a car and stole credit cards that have since been used to run up substantial charges.

Wenatchee Police Department Captain Edgar Reinfeld said the woman in photos police released Sunday has been identified but has not yet been located.

Police say a woman suspect has been identified.

Police are still trying to identify two men also allegedly involved in the car prowl Friday about 10 p.m. in Wenatchee.

The cards taken have reportedly been used to purchase items totaling well over $1,000, Reinfeld said.

The suspects are believed to associated with a dark gray or silver Ford Explorer.

All three face potential charges of felony theft, identity theft and forgery.
