The Woodin Avenue Bridge in Chelan is already reopened to vehicle traffic. The bridge project, which began on September 4th, was supposed to close the bridge to vehicle traffic for two weeks. The bridge will operate as a one-way road next week so Selland Construction crews can continue construction on the opposite of the bridge.
The next phase of construction on the project involves the installation of pipe hangers and water main pipes under the bridge. Construction will take a break in November and resume again next May.
