Instead of northwesterly weather flow aloft, we’ll be seeing the more traditional southwesterly flow for the next few days allowing temperatures today to climb 3-5 degrees over Sunday`s readings with mostly sunny skies. Northcentral Washington weather today calling for sunny skies and a light northwest breeze 5-10 mph with afternoon high temperatures in the lower to mid-70’s.
For Tuesday, we would normally expect to see even warmer temperatures just before the precipitation arrives on Wednesday, but, instead, we`ll actually see somewhat of a marine push of cooler air tomorrow with mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 60’s to near 70 degrees. Expect some breezy conditions tomorrow afternoon as well out of the northwest 10-20 mph.
On Wednesday, we transition into a more unsettled spring time weather pattern. A storm system moves in off the coast brining with it mostly cloudy skies and a 50% chance of rain showers, mainly south, with afternoon high temperatures cooling back into the mid to upper 60’s.
Partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies on Thursday and Friday with breezy conditions at times, expect afternoon highs both days in the upper 60’s to lower 70’s.
Then on Saturday, another weak weather system looks to move through bringing a 40% chance of scattered showers on Saturday and a 20% chance of showers Saturday night and Sunday with afternoon high temperatures this weekend in the upper 60’s to lower 70’s.
