Seasonably cool today with mainly dry conditions across the Inland Northwest. There will be chances for light mountain snow Friday and Saturday with more significant snow that may impact travel across the passes Sunday into early next week. Lowland snow potential increases Tuesday through late next week along with a return of bitterly cold temperatures.
Northcentral Washington weather forecast today calling for partly cloudy skies with slightly cooler temperatures, highs in the upper 30’s.
Warmer temperatures are expected on Friday and Saturday with partly to mostly cloudy skies each day and afternoon highs in the lower 40’s. Cloudy, windy and mild on Sunday with highs in the mid-upper 40’s.
On Presidents Day Monday expect mostly cloudy skies and mild afternoon temperatures with highs in the mid-40’s. Cloudy and slightly cooler on Tuesday with rain/snow likely, highs in the upper 30’s.
Big weather changes happening on Wednesday as very cold arctic air moves in from the northeast brining AM snow showers and much cooler temperatures with afternoon highs in the upper 20’s, overnight lows in the upper teens.
