EAST WENATCHEE — County officials will move into the new Law and Justice Center in East Wenatchee next month, but first will give the public a chance to tour the facility on 19th Street.
The almost 18,000 square foot building will replace the county’s current law and justice center on 2nd Street and house the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, district court and Probation Services. Employees will move in Tuesday, November 5th.
On Monday, November 4th at 2 p.m., there will be a ribbon cutting with self-guided tours to follow. Construction of the building cost about $8 million dollars.
