Years of work and dedication will not go unnoticed this year as new Eagle Scouts will be honored at a community parade in Wenatchee on Saturday, Oct. 10.

At least six and possibly eight Scouts will be celebrated at a community parade in the Town Toyota Center parking lot.

Starting at 2:30 p.m., community members are invited to drive through the lot off Walla Walla Avenue and share their congratulations with the newly minted Eagle Scouts.

If anyone has additional ideas on how to make the parade a truly special occasion or are a recent Eagle Scout who would like to be honored, contact event organizer Jennifer Talbot at eaglescoutparade@gmail.com.
