A Moses Lake woman was arrested and more than 15 ounces of heroin seized in a two-home drug raid this week.
The heroin is reportedly worth about $42,000 dollars, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office said.
A county narcotics team and Moses Lake Police took part in the raids in the Mae Valley area Tuesday.
They arrested 48-year-old Jona R. Zeigler.
A second raid that night resulted in no arrests but it was the second time in less than a month that home had been raided.
It was part of a multi-residence federal drug operation July 16.
Two federal agents suffered minor injuries in that raid.
The suspect, Patrick Pearson, shot himself but survived.
Zeigler is Peterson’s sister.
