Mike Utley Inducted Into NCAA Football Hall of Fame


Former Washington State University All American Lineman and Former NFL Detroit Lion, Mike Utley was inducted into the NCAA Football Hall of Fame in ceremonies he attended recently in New York. Utley played for WSU from 1984-88 and finished his Cougars career as a consensus first team All-American and a two-time All-Pac-10 first team selection. He went on to play in the National Football League as a member of the Detroit Lions. Mike suffered a paralyzing back injury in 1992 and has spent his life advocating for spinal cord injury research through his Mike Utley “Thumbs Up” Foundation.
