Of course, as you saw there in Cashmere, mother nature provided quite the challenge for area high schools to get back on the fields. Coaches, players and parents all worked to pitch in and clear fields in order for teams to practice all around North Central Washington.

NCWLIFE Sports Broadcast Schedule Season 1-A

The countdown is also on for NCWLIFE to resume broadcasting LIVE sports on TV. It will begin on Thursday, March 4th with a swim and dive meet at Eastmont Aquatic Center between the Wildcats, Moses Lake and Wenatchee.

AppleSox finalize coaching staff

Head coach Ian Sanderson has added Danny Pulfer and Wyatt McKnight to his coaching staff for the summer. Pulfer joins the AppleSox nearly a decade after playing two seasons in Minor League Baseball in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. He’s currently an assistant coach at Towson University in Maryland.

Coach McKnight served at Linn-Benton Community College as the catching coach before joining the AppleSox. He currently serves the same position at Umpqua Community College in his hometown in Roseburg, Oregon.
The AppleSox are set to begin the 2021 season on June first against Nanaimo at Paul Thomas, Sr. Stadium.
