The Greater Wenatchee Area Technology Alliance held its first entrepreneurial panel of 2018 earlier today at the Confluence Technology Center. The Panel was comprised of local leaders in the technology industry. Dave Carlson of Giga Watt, Drew Zabrocki of Centricity, Tom Arnold of Pethub and Korey Korfiatis with Legwork lead the discussion while former GWATA President Jenny Rickel was the moderator. Panelists did not hesitate to dive into the subject matter, where they opened up about their own personal achievements and failures.
One theme they all agreed upon was the importance of surrounding yourself with others that are smarter than you, and that you can’t give up if you want to succeed. CEO of Giga Watt, Dave Carlson said, “You can’t know where an idea is going to go. You have hopes and dreams, signs that things are going well. But you still don’t know, so you buckle down keep your head down, keep trying to work on what your working on.”
