An East Wenatchee man is in custody after he allegedly threatened another man with a gun at a Wenatchee gas station. Detective Brian Chance with the Wenatchee Police Department says 53-year old Abraham Hernandez Roldan Toro reportedly confronted the 44-year old victim at the North Avenue Market gas station over a $2,000 dollar debt.
The victim reportedly told police that he had been threatened many times in the past and had been making an effort to repay Toro. Toro was arrested at his East Wenatchee home where police also seized a small amount of heroin and two firearms. One of the guns was reportedly stolen. He is suspected of 2nd degree assault, felony harassment and heroin possession.
