CHELAN- Residents are in the final days of delays as major elements of a roundabout on Highway 150 and No See-Um Road near Chelan are completed this week according to the state Department of Transportation.

Construction on the $5.2 million project began in April and caused significant delays in travel time, upwards of 90 minutes in some cases, between Chelan and Manson.

The DOT brings the project to an end with a ceremonial ribbon cutting this Wednesday at 10 a.m. The ceremony will be held on the bicycle/pedestrian path on the new roundabout.
