Pybus Public Market will reopen its indoor concourse Monday for indoor seating at 25 percent capacity, the market announced Friday.
In a press release, Pybus said after Gov. Jay Inslee last week announced his latest phased approach to reopening, Pybus staff met with the Liquor and Cannabis Control Board to determine if they met the new requirements.
“We are pleased to say that the conclusion is that the Pybus Facility is an ‘open-air’ establishment,” the press release stated.
Pybus businesses that will reopen Monday are Fire, Ice, Café Columbia, The Cheesemonger’s Shop, Jones of Washington for wine tasting and McGregor Farms for mead tasting.
South will remain closed until the end of January, Pybus said.
As part of the reopening requirements, table must be at least 6 feet apart and are limited to six people.
The building’s windows will remain open all day to allow fresh air to circulate.
