Meet Candidate Scarlette Cron. Scarlette is the daughter of Tobias Cron and Adrienne Andersen.

Scarlette is the Club Coordinator at Wenatchee High School, as well as president of Art Club, an Earth Club Officer, and is enrolled in Running Start. Scarlette has worked as a server at Spice Thai for the past 2 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, knitting and baking. After graduation Scarlette plans to attend Western Washington University and major in Sociology.

Scarlette’s favorite show is Gilmore Girls and her favorite movie is Ratatouille. Her favorite song is Blue Flower by Mazzy Star. Her favorite book is Wild by Cheryl Strayed. She is most inspired by her mom. Scarlette’s most treasured keepsake is a copy of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland from her great grandmother.

Scarlette’s favorite thing to do in the Wenatchee Valley, besides Apple Blossom, is paddle boarding on the Columbia and attending book club. Her proudest moment in life to date happened when she first was able to carry a conversation in Spanish. If she could trade places with someone for a day it would be Christiane Amanpour. Scarlette feels that she should represent the Wenatchee Valley because she is passionate about her love for the valley and would love the opportunity to share and deepen her appreciation.

Watch the Apple Blossom Royalty Selection Pageant, presented by Cashmere Valley Bank, on Saturday, February 11th. Eric Granstrom and 1974 Queen Julie Agens-Kuntz will present the “Countdown to Coronation” at 6:00 p.m. The pageant begins at 7:00 p.m.
