The Sheriff’s office says a 23 year-old male from Lake Stevens fell about 50 feet down a climbing wall and sustained a head injury. The man was unconscious at the base of the wall with 5 other climbers. Rescuers had to tie in to keep from falling due to the terrain. While on-scene a boulder fell from above barely missing the crew. The climber hoisted out and was airlifted to Harborview Regional Medical Center for treatment. His name was not released and his condition is unknown.
