Chelan County now has 10 confirmed COVID-19 cases and Douglas County 2

Chelan County’s confirmed cases of COVID-19 has grown to 10, the Chelan-Douglas Health District reported this afternoon.

And Douglas County now has two.

Chelan County also recorded its first death from coronavirus, a 91-year-old resident of Colonial Vista in Wenatchee.

That person had multiple pre-existing conditions, the health district said. The patient’s name and gender have not yet been released.

The patient died at Central Washington Hospital, the second death at the hospital after a Grant County man died there earlier this month.

As of Monday evening, Grant County had 25 confirmed cases of the virus.
