Bikers take Wenatchee Avenue, leave lasting impact on valley

WENATCHEE – Bikers took over a stretch of Wenatchee Avenue in front of BikersTown USA on Saturday.  Rick Daily, one of the members, said they had originally planned a raise money for Catholic Family & Child Services with a bike trip but heavy rained forced them to change their plans.

BikersTown USA saves the day

The group was able to setup a tent next to BikersTown USA on Wenatchee Avenue and sold doughnuts and took in cash donations. Tony Lachapelle, owner of BikersTown, stated that he is always happy to could provide a location for the event and would certainly do it again for any group that raises money for kids.
