Cashmere Bulldogs Win High Scoring Games

CASHMERE, WA – The prep basketball schedule for the weekend got underway a little early last night with a double-dip in Cashmere. On the Les Schwab Prep Scoreboard…
The Bulldogs from the south were able to take care of the Bulldogs from the north with the Cashmere girls winning 82-21. The boys game was a donnybrook with the teams combining for 177-points. In the end, Cashmere came out victorious 93-84.

Wenatchee Hosts Davis on NCWLIFE Channel

We’ll have the Davis Pirates and Wenatchee Panthers game LIVE on NCWLIFE with Eric Granstrom courtside at 5:45. The pregame on TV tonight begins at 5:30 after your evening news. Also tonight, Eastmont plays at West Valley while Omak hosts Cascade at 5:45. At 6, it’s Chelan hosting Brewster. Manson is at Liberty Bell. And the Shockers are in Soap Lake.

The boys basketball schedule looks very similar…
It’s a 7:15 tip time for Cascade at Omak. Chelan and Brewster are playing a retro night game at the old Chelan Community Gym at 7:30. That’s the same time for our second game of the doubleheader tonight on the NCWLIFE Channel with Wenatchee hosting Davis. Eastmont plays at West Valley. Liberty Bell hosts Manson. And Waterville-Mansfield is at Soap Lake.

Caribou Trail League Teams Trade Wins in Wrestling

Turning back to the Les Schwab Prep Scoreboard, on the wrestling mats last night in Omak…
Omak beat Chelan 48-37. Cascade topped Okanogan 54-21. Chelan took care of Okanogan 42-24. And it was Cascade downing Omak 46-26.

Cashmere Invite Highlights Weekend of Tournaments

Coming up in wrestling this today and tomorrow…
In preparation for tomorrow’s Cashmere Invite, a couple west-side teams are in the neighborhood tonight. Hoquiam wrestles at Cashmere at 6 o’clock, then heads up the valley to take on Cascade at 7. The Kodiaks, meanwhile, are wrestling against Mount Baker at 6, then the Mountaineers will head down Highway Two and wave at the Hoquiam bus on their way by to wrestle Cashmere at 7. The Bulldogs host the 17-team Cashmere Invite tomorrow morning starting at 10am.

Eastmont is on the road at South Kitsap for the Hammerhead Invitational today and tomorrow starting at 9am. Wenatchee is in Yakima tomorrow for the Ike Classic beginning at 9.

Eastmont Bowlers Pick Up a Win over Sunnyside

On the Les Schwab Prep Bowling Scoreboard from yesterday…
Eastmont traveled to Sunnyside and blanked the Grizzlies 4-0. High scorers for the Wildcats were Skye Wilson with a 236. Dai-Lynn Thomas had a 213. Alicia Hastings rolled a 202. And Samantha Heinz chipped in a 185 and a 170.

Wenatchee 2-0 After Wins in Pool Thursday

Wenatchee swept its first double dual swim meet of the season in boys swimming and diving…
The Panthers beat Davis 144-to-30 and Eisenhower 143-to-42.

Entiat hosts Riverside Christian at Noon Saturday. Wenatchee plays at Sunnyside against a very tough Grizzlies team at 5:45. Eastmont will host Moses Lake tomorrow at 5:45. Grant Olson will have your play-by-play with the pregame at 5:30 on the NCWLIFE Channel.
