NCWLIFE Channel broadcast the Apple Blossom Festival Royalty Top-10 announcement on Tuesday, February 26, 2021. 37-young women from Eastmont and Wenatchee High Schools spent two days answering questions and giving speeches in front of five out-of-town judges. These 10 will compete for $31,000 in scholarships at the Cashmere Valley Bank Royalty Selection Pageant February 27th.
