Apple Blossom Candidate Olivia Fonville

Earlier this month, NCWLIFE Channel’s Eric Granstrom sat down with each of the Top 10 Apple Blossom Royalty Candidates to get to know them a little better. Meet Olivia Fonville…

Who is Olivia?

Olivia is the daughter of Jason and Shelley Fonville. Olivia is a former Eastmont High school cheerleader, and a link leader. Olivia has been on the Fabulous Feet competitive team for 12 years and has been an assistant teacher for multiple dance classes. She has also worked at the Buzz Inn. In Olivia’s spare time she likes to sing, make dinner with her mom, and go on night drives with her friends. After graduation she plans to attend Grand Canyon University and major in Psychology with aspirations to be a part of the GCU competitive dance team.

Olivia’s favorite things

Olivia’s favorite TV show is The 100 and her favorite movie is Mulan. Her favorite song is “Therapy” by Khalid and her favorite book is Hatchet by Gary Paulsen. She is most inspired by her Aunt and her most treasured keepsake is her grandmothers hope chest that was given to her.

Why Olivia?

Olivia’s favorite thing to do in the Wenatchee Valley, besides Apple Blossom, is to walk the avenue and visit shops with her friends, discover new beautiful views of the Wenatchee Valley, and paddle boarding in the summer. Her proudest moment in life was when she gained enough courage to perform her solo at nationals in Las Vegas. If Olivia could trade places with anyone for the day, she would trade places with Sienna Mae Gomez. Olivia feels she should represent the Wenatchee Valley because she has a passion for being involved in the community, uplifting people’s spirits, and has always loved being a part of the Apple Blossom Festival.
