Candidate Bailey White 2019-02-04

Bailey is the daughter of Will and Christy White. She is co-editor-in-chief of her school newspaper, ASB Culture Coordinator, and a three-time International DECA competitor. Bailey is a part of Young Life and works as an after-school tutor. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, exploring National Parks, and going on picnics. After graduation she plans to double major in marketing and political science.

Bailey’s favorite TV show is The Office and her favorite movie is The Truman Show. Her favorite song is“Drops of Jupiter” by Train, and her favorite novel is Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card. She is most inspired by her parents, and her most treasured keepsakes are her many journals.

Bailey’s favorite thing to do in the Wenatchee Valley, besides Apple Blossom, is jump in the Columbia River with her clothes on. Her proudest moment in life was the night of the Father-Daughter Dance, an event she coordinated along with two of her friends. If Bailey could trade places with anyone for a day, she would trade places with her friend Noelle who is currently traveling in France. She feels she is qualified to represent the Wenatchee Valley because she is a leader, role model, and friend. Bailey has lived in four different towns and three different states, but she firmly believes Wenatchee is the best place on earth.
