The mother of a Waterville girl is asking for help locating her missing 17 year old daughter who reportedly disappeared while walking to school Friday morning. Kasie Shafer says her daughter Karsen never made it school and her cell phone has not been active since she left home at around 7:20 AM Friday.

The Waterville High School co-ed is 5’11” tall and 130-pounds with red shoulder-length hair. Her mother says Karsen is epileptic without her medication and that her medical issues keep her close to home.
