Two People Injured in traffic accident

Two people were injured this morning in a traffic accident in Douglas County about 20 miles East of East Wenatchee. It happened around 4:50 AM on Highway 28 when vehicle driven by 24 year old Jory Valderas of Wenatchee crossed the centerline striking a second car driven by a Quincy man identified as 47 year old Enrique Gonzales-Soltelo. He wasn’t hurt but his passenger, 38 year old Mario Macias of Yakima was, He and Valderas were transported to Central Washington Hospital for treatment. WSP Troopers say charges are pending against Valderas.
