Wenatchee’s Saddle Rock Gateway Project Underway

Saddle Rock Gateway

A major new park project is underway in Wenatchee. The City received a State grant to begin work on the Saddle Rock Gateway Project. The first phase of construction began recently with an opening expected around Memorial Day. City Parks and Recreation Department Director, Dave Erickson described the project with NCWLIFE News earlier this year . . .

During construction Erickson says visitors to Saddle Rock are asked to avoid the area as parking will be limited on Miller Street. Saddle Rock may be accessed instead from the Number Two Canyon side.

The Saddle Rock Gateway Park is among several projects the City of Wenatchee is working on this Spring.
