Congressman Dan Newhouse of the 4th District invites his constituents to a listening session Thursday evening in Brewster. . . But you better mind your manners. The event starts at 6p.m. at the Brewster High School Gymnasium.
The congressman held a similar listening session in the Southern part of his district earlier this month. In light of recent townhall events around the Country that have been marked by anti-Trump protests, Congressman Newhouse has implemented some ground rules for Thursday’s listening session.
The Congressman says the event is limited to 4th District residents only and that you’ll have show proof of residence during check in. Congressman Newhouse has also banned any signs, banners, noisemakers, bull horns or any other items that are disruptive.
